SO, I haven't updated this blog since Jerry was born; that shows you how much free time I have now! Those of you that are parents know what I am talking about. I just wanted to catch up with everything that has been going on. Jerry's birth was amazing and all natural, just as I had wanted. The first place we went after that was the Hot Dog Shop in town by Winn Dixie, then my parents' house. We moved when Jerry was only 2 weeks old. The house still has boxes in it; there is more stuff than room here. Jerry is now a week and one day from being 5 months old. I haven't even been keeping up with his baby book. Entertaining him is hard these days because he gets bored easy and isn't quite mobile enough to entertain himself yet. I am trying to get a loose sleep schedule going as well. I have been so exhausted the past few days (or more) because I have been napping with Jerry and not taking that time to eat, snack, or do other things for myself. So I try and compensate by staying up late after Jerry goes to bed and it only gets worse when I wake up the next day. I am hoping things will even out soon.
In other news, we have new neighbors! They are Zach (Josiah's friend) and his fiance, Alexis. I am excited to have someone we know nearby; this way now I may not be lonely after Luke goes back to college in August.
I will be making another page on this blog dedicated to pictures of Jerry, I may do teh same alter on for those pregnancy photos (if I have the time). Yes I am blogging rather than doing housework right now but I need time to rest and that would wake up Jerry anyways. Except he just woke up anyways :(
Join us on our many adventures of everyday life! With our tendencies towards most things "natural", our average life may not seem average to some.
